Return & Exchange Policy

We value your trust in Dastakhat by Meer Hassan and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you face any issue with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

  • The product does not match the size you ordered.

  • The product must be unused, unstitched, and in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

  • If you receive an opened or unsealed parcel, please notify us immediately to avoid claim rejection.


Process

  • Once your request is verified, our team will arrange a pick-up from your doorstep or guide you to the nearest courier outlet for return/exchange.

  • During sale or discounted purchases, exchanges are only applicable if the product you received is different from the one you ordered.

Important Notes

  • Due to screen resolutions and lighting variations, the color/texture of fabrics may slightly differ from what you see online. Products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

  • Customized articles, stitched fabrics, accessories, fragrances, and innerwear are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Special collections (e.g., limited or exclusive designs) may also be non-exchangeable.

  • In case of a damaged or defective product, you must provide clear pictures or videos within 3 days of deliveryfor verification. Our team will review your claim and resolve it promptly.
