Delivery Time – Within Pakistan

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2 to 4 working days for major cities.

  • For remote areas, delivery may take a little longer.

  • Please ensure you are available on your provided contact number so our courier team can reach you.

  • Delivery timeline is subject to product availability and order confirmation.

  • During sale or peak seasons, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

  • To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend providing your personal address for delivery. Dastakhat by Meer Hassan will not be liable for delays or issues if orders are redirected to courier pick-up points.


International Delivery

  • Estimated dispatch time for international orders is 5 to 7 working days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery duration may vary depending on the destination.

  • Once an international order is in process, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

  • During sale events, international delivery may take longer than usual.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order. Refunds will be provided via store credit/credit voucher.

  • Once an order is “in process,” it can no longer be canceled or refunded.


Payment Security

  • We aim to provide a safe and secure shopping experience.

  • In rare cases, our team may request payment verification through call/email as per bank instructions to prevent fraudulent transactions.

  • Dastakhat by Meer Hassan reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is declined by your authorized payment institution.


Delivery Charges

  • Flat shipping charges of Rs. 149 apply to all orders within Pakistan.

  • International shipping charges vary depending on country, state, and city.

  • At checkout, customers can view estimated international shipping costs (exclusive of any duties/taxes).

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes charged by their local customs authorities.


Track Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with your tracking number.

  • Orders can be tracked via the respective courier’s website.
